Payment
Settlement of account 7 days* from the date of invoice (Account holders only), all cheques should be made payable to Elegance of Blackpool Limited

Prices
All prices quoted are based on bookings of 25+ and are valid for bookings received within 30 days of quotation, beyond this, they may be subject to change. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT at it's current rate, where applicable, unless otherwise stated. For numbers less than 25, please email us for a quotation.

Numbers
Final numbers will be required 7 days* before the event, however additions to this will be accepted up to 1 day* prior.

Deposit
We will require a deposit of £2.00 per person (non-refundable) and a written confirmation of your booking. Account balance due 1 day* prior to your event.

Menu
We strive to keep to the stated menu items as strictly as possible, but there are times when this is not possible. If this situation arises, we will substitute an item of equal value.

Furniture
It is the responsibility of the organizer to ensure that all tables and chairs are set out in accordance with their wishes before the arrival of our staff.

Drink
If Elegance of Blackpool is providing refreshments, we will be responsible for the provision of all necessary glassware and waiter service.

If the customer chooses to supply their own refreshments we charge corkage, this includes waiter service. Elegance of Blackpool can supply, on hire, any equipment which you may require.

Should you choose to supply your own drinks then it is important to note that Elegance of Blackpool will not be responsible for serving these without prior arrangement.
