Terms & Conditions

Payment should be made in full on, or, before the day of collection. Payment for cakes being delivered should be made in full no later than 1 working day* before the delivery date. Payments can be made in store or by telephone on 01253 753 661.

All prices quoted are valid for bookings received within 30 days of quotation, beyond this, they may be subject to change. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT at it's current rate, where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

We will require a deposit of 33% per cake ordered. All deposits are non-refundable.

If you should need to cancel your cake order you must provide 5 working days* notice. Your deposit (33%) will not be refunded, however, a credit note to the same value will be issued for use on any future cake purchase from Elegance of Blackpool. (See Credit Notes & Discount Vouchers)

Changes to orders
If you wish to make any changes to your order (including date changes) this must be done 14 working days* before date of collection or delivery. Some changes to your order may incur extra cost.

Credit Notes & Discount Vouchers
Credit notes & discount vouchers, to the value stated, will be accepted towards the purchase of relevant products or services  from Elegance of Blackpool. Credit notes and vouchers will only be accepted upto and including the date on the voucher. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

Products should be checked on collection or arrival for errors, and Elegance of Blackpool staff informed immediately of any issues.
